Xbox Arcade Hard Drive

Posted on April 9, 2010.
Xbox Arcade Hard DriveArcade Xbox hard drive I need a bigger?

I get an Xbox Arcade and cause the hard drive is very low is the restrictions that I can play all my games. and do I need more.

the arcade does not come withh a hard disk, comes with its witch 256MB memory card can hold only 30 or 40 games save as a 30 or 40 different games. Pro comes with a 20GB hard drive, the elites and a 120 GB hard drive. If you want to get XBL Arcade Games'll need a hard drive. If you want DLC you'll need a hard drive, if you want to install games on your consoel then they'll run exstremly still need a hard drive.

Allow me to break it you'll understand.

Size 3 hard disk> 20 GB - 60 GB - 120 GB

1GB = 1000MB

a typical arcade game is to 1000MB 200

Typical savegame file is 1 MB to 25 MB

a typical game is 8 GB

DLC is typically 300 MB to 1000 MB

game demos are usually 1GB

up to you to judge the time you need a hard drive or not and if you do what size you need:)

EDIT: PS whatever size hard drive you get, to go to 7 GB, so a 20GB hard drive is 13GB, 60 would be 53gb and so on. the hard disk preseves 7gb exstra to run smoother and faster.

The hard disk that comes with the arch is built in hard drive with only 256MB of memory, which is barely enough to cope and it is specially designed for the updates that Microsoft publishes So you can go online. 60GB> 256 MB
