Hmmm ... yes .. Dell computers have this feature. But to activate it, you must go to your windows explorer and uncheck "Hide hidden files of the operating system" and check "Show hidden files and folders".

Now when you restart you will have an option to display the special menu to restore your computer. You will not even need the CD, because the operating system and drivers are on a hidden partition.
