Is the microphone that is included in the Rock Band 2 bundle work with other games such as Singstar Abba. also does function as a device to talk so you can communicate online?

I've never played Singstar so I do not know but it's just a standard USB mic so I guess so. And yes, you can use to talk online. I did.

No, they are not compatible. Sing Star series created a special converter that port must be connected to your PS for their games to play. This is an obvious attempt by them to not be compatible with other equipment such force you to buy their hardware with their game Flag
