These are free in the game section of your computer. These games keep your brain pumping. The more you use your brain, hopefully, you will not lose it.

Another game on the computer that really takes the power of the brain is the Puzzle Express. This is timed and it comes at you fast and if you want to make points and move to the next step, you must be quick.

I never liked games until recently. I played with Rummikub tiles. I sat at this game and I thought it would be obvious. Was I surprised. If you want to win, there are many twists on how the tiles are played. The idea of the game is to go fast. I really had to accelerate my brain to play this game I even won a game. beginners luck.

By virtue of Solitaire Spider Solitaire is by far the most difficult. I only played this game a little over the last two years. But I went home and applied the technique to play Rummikub game and I won four times in one day. brain power.

I find it very scary to live in this world where there are various forms of dementia. I do not know about you, but losing my mind and not be able to take care of me scares me to death. I really think the games, work crossword puzzles, computer games, card games, reading and talking with people will help keep your brain healthy.

If you think that any of the foregoing is a waste of time. Think again. Your brain is a terrible thing to waste.
