The reason why Mario was chosen as its name due to a dispute with the owner of a warehouse of Nintendo America named Mario Segale. Segale won the argument and has his name immortalized by Nintendo.

There are over 200 games in which Mario has appeared and there was no way I could mention all here. What is interesting is that Mario has not always been a good guy, he actually started as a carpenter who mistreated his pet monkey. In 1983, he had a make-over and was not a carpenter, but a plumber in New York. He and his brother Luigi were introduced in the game Mario Bros.

The Mario Bros. brand has been an instant success, covering the world and win every game competitors in its path. No other computer or video game has been through the generations and genders to such a degree. The mark is the Mario Star Trek or Star Wars the video game world. Classics that were revolutionary in their daily work and continue to amaze after 30 years they have been created.
