It was a great game as a game my son of 9 years and 11 parties could play as a team they were with adult family members. It is more fun with more people. I recommned more for a group of 6 or more for a family game four people, although it can be played that way.

Not as fun as slogan

I bought this game with the hope of adding something new to our game nights. We all YBPs (young professionals) to just under the mark of 30 years and we love to meet and have some drinks and games from time to time. This game has been our focus for about 17 minutes, but soon after we returned slogan. Buzz Word is difficult, but the person giving the clues can only read what is written on the card. Catch phrase allows the person giving clues to be creative and come up with something really unique or original to get his team to guess the answer. That is my biggest disappointment with this game, the lack of creativity available to the card reader. I'm sure we'll play this game next time, hopefully a little over 17 minutes.

Great game for groups of all ages

I played Buzzword for the first time yesterday and it was a blast. We had a group of 8 people (aged 64,60,45,36,33,30,14,11). The game had issues that kept each generation involved in the game It was a great game that got everyone involved. It took little time to learn the rules. I also learned a bit of the old generation. Who knew that the molasses was also known as black strap?! Or a dresser highboy was high?

I suggest you play with rules "home" with this game you can decide whether to accept a sentence that is similar or judging the exact phrase it as an answer. We played with the rules of the house. He made the game more fun and kept the bickering to a minimum.
