Looking for fantasy based MMORPG. Preferably something like Runescape Runescape, but NOT. Or are any good hack-and-slash MMORPG (like Diablo) on the Internet that is cool too.

Overall, I'm looking for a Medieval / Fantasy based MMORPG that is free and you do not need to download.

Can not help you, even with Google. Runescape is the only medieval based on browser / fantasy mmorpg I know. Moreover, good hack-and-slash MMORPG on the Internet do not exist because they are either bootlegs or they are not good.
