Magnetic Scrabble

Posted on May 7, 2010.
Magnetic ScrabbleWhere can I find pretty magnetic letters or small metal letters size?

My sister graduated, and is very pleased to add RT to the end of his name - but she also plans to seek further qualifications, if his name would be like: Jane Doe, RT, MRI,??
I want to get her a plate, but they are all burned, and since it will be the development that seems ridiculous. But I can not find a nice plate variable.
I think I have basically a Scrabble letter holder in my head, but it is clear he wants more enjoyable.
Anyone have any ideas?

If you're clever, you could make one yourself. You can either find a nice flat piece of wood, put the letters you want on it (probably vinyl stick-ons would be best), take a knife and score around the letters. Then the whole room dark stain. When you remove the letters of vinyl, wood below is spotless (the notation is the stain from penetrating below). Then you add polyurethane or shellac or a little longer while and voila! Then you can do the same with all the bonus tracks it gets and it may add to the end.

Get a sheet of pine sign and add decorative trim which is slit in the back. Michael and
Hobby Lobby sell small wooden letters. Paste
molding to sign and either paint or stain. Once
dry finish you can drag the wooden letters
to form his name and letters after his name.
Make the sign long enough to add more
letters later.

You could get a regular, but choose one that is bolted on, as opposed to paste. You could have a separate plate with only the smallest letters on this subject last, and change just as the small plate every time.

But personally, I think that each degree is worth a whole new plate.
