Hidden Puzzles Hidden Expedition: Devil's Triangle Game Review

Devil's Triangle Hidden Expedition series continues hidden object game that includes the award winning Amazon. From the roof of the world and jungles of the Amazon, Hidden Expedition team now sets out the mysterious Bermuda Triangle, where many planes and ships have disappeared over the years without a trace!

The game begins with a pilot of the Hidden Expedition team problems while flying over the Atlantic Ocean area known as the Bermuda Triangle. She fails, but not before she managed to send a distress call at headquarters. It now comes to you and your team to head in the Bermuda Triangle and try to save your teammate blocked.

Devil's Triangle marks a break in the style of previous games Hidden Expedition. If previous games are essentially hidden object scenes and the puzzles together in an exotic location with hints of adventure, Devil's Triangle behaves like an adventure game with full hidden object games and Many types of puzzles to behave as plot points and challenges that advance the storyline.

You start ready to board the submarine that will take you to the Bermuda Triangle. From the beginning, you are immediately confronted with a scene typical of the kind of traditional hidden object, you are presented with a list of items you need to find before continuing. What makes this game different is that to complete the list in general will not take you to the next level. You will need to analyze each scene and determine the objects you need to interact with to advance the story.

For example, to get the submarine ready, you will need to obtain core power, which requires to manipulate or interact with several objects. This is reminiscent of the first computer adventure games like King's Quest, where you need to use your imagination and skills, and interact with objects on the right to proceed.

A more interesting twist to the traditional hidden object puzzle is the "matching" puzzle in place in the triangle of the devil. Rather than searching for items on a list, you will need to observe a scene and choose the pairs of matching or related items. These couples are not simple either. The easier levels have simple pairs such as 2 different representations of the moon. But the more difficult levels will have more complex associations such as the twinning of a bull charging with a map of Spain.

There are also lots of other mini-games and puzzles that help advance the storyline. Sonar does not work? Searching for fuses on the right, then attempt to re-align the connectors power to restart the machine. Most of these puzzles so do not come with step by step. Sometimes the biggest challenge is figuring out what you're supposed to do with the puzzle!

While the puzzles and mini-games are engaging in themselves, the game also introduces the mysterious places and mythical figures that make the story even more immersive. Pirates, sea monsters, the eccentric island and all steampunk contraptions create an atmosphere that is exciting and enjoyable.

In addition, graphics and illustrations in this game does dissapoint in the least. The animated portions of the game feel like a Saturday morning cartoon, while the artwork for puzzles and hidden object scenes are beautiful and evoke the mysterious atmosphere of the Bermuda Triangle.

If you like the series Hidden Expedition and are ready for their fourth and most ambitious release yet, Devil's Triangle will certainly not disappoint. Save your teammate and discover a mystery 400 years surrounding this legendary part of the ocean!
