If you do not have a "nail junk 'installed on your computer to search for" cookies and delete them all. Then search history and temp and delete those too. Do a defrag and you should be allowed. You need to login to the site again even if you have AutoComplete enabled. When you export your cookies, you discharge a sign-ins sites. But you can hover over the ID and PW and they should appear again if you have AutoComplete (form) in tension.
