Enjoy Cashflow 101! When I heard about cash flow 101, I was very excited and I really wanted to play the board game. To play the game, I faced two issues. First, I needed to have a copy of the board game. Secondly, I needed to find a group of people who were willing to play the game together. Fortunately for me, one of my friends had the board game. Also, I managed to find some friends who had read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. They were also very strong in the game So, two questions were easily solved.
I managed to play a few times. And I really learned many things that play the game Of course, I have not had an immediate illumination on the concepts that the game tries to teach! Neither do I pretend that I understood all the concepts. But before I left for a description of what I learned, it is important that you have a general idea of the game. This can help you understand what I have learned so far to play the game
Cashflow 101 is a board game designed by Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. It aims to teach the players concepts of investing and building passive income. To start the game, each player has a score sheet to track income and expenditure passive. It is similar to keeping track of financial statements in real life. There are two tracks in the game The first track is the place where everyone starts to play. He is known as the track rat. In the rat race track, the player may be forced to spend the holidays. It may also have another child who is spending to rise. He may lose his job, therefore no income for several months. He will face difficulties or financial worries, as in real life situations.
Also, the player will meet an opportunity to invest in equities, real estate, businesses and so on. Basically, the player encounters in real life situations like that the necessary decisions on investments. It may also encounter a situation where no money to invest in a golden opportunity.
To break the race to the second runway is known as fast track, the player must learn to invest until its income exceeds its expenses passive. Once it reaches this, it will try to buy his dream or accumulate an additional $ 50,000 monthly cash flow to win the game.
In summary, the game gives players the chance to experience real life situations before they have happened. It's like giving a glimpse of the future of what can happen if they remain in the rat race. It also allows players a glimpse of an alternative future bright if they leave the rat race. It provided that they have learned about cash flow, expenses, investments and building passive income.
It's just an introduction based on my personal experience of playing the game I really liked the game I hope you can video game company to a certain extent. Now, let me share with you what I had learned so far to play the board game.
Firstly, if I was running track Rat, I would expect every check after paycheck. My monthly salary will not increase much every year. And it would be like this for the rest of the years to come. In the board game, the rat race track is very short circular track. If each cycle has been to represent one year, then the time passes quickly on the board game. It gave me a glimpse of what my future would be assessed over the next 10 years if I stayed in the race track rat.
Secondly, if I did not invest in things that I generate passive income, I would take a very long time to clear your mortgage debts and a little savings. Saving is very important! But the savings is not enough to get me out of the rat race. If I want to leave the rat race in real life, so I have to learn to invest and build a passive income.
Third, I realized that if I.
