It's no go. I know what I'm doing a service life of pool tables. You need 4 feet to connect to a kind of frame you need a sort of slate or flat rock to put on top of the frame with holes at each corner and the middle pocket for you glue and stretch cloth over it. What you need to connect him with six rails packages.
Rails are mounted on rubber with a cloth and stapled stretched from the bottom.

If you mean how to put a table and not to build. Let me know where your stock table and what you got.
